What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal and identifiable data including your address and contact details in order to fulfil your orders with us. These are NOT used for marketing purposes and must be kept even after the order has shipped. We never pass these details to any third party or use them for marketing. We also collect anonymous data including how our visitors use the website.

We may ask you for sharing these personal details with us for marketing purposes where you will be asked clearly and given the option to opt-in. At any point, you may ask us to remove you from our marketing lists and we will never pass these to a third party for their marketing purposes.

Data is used on our website and within our own company eco-sphere where we monitor traffic and sales in order to, and not limited to, fulfill orders and make improvements to the website. We do use third party vendors for these activities including Google Analytics, Mailchimp and our suppliers. At all points, this data is not used for marketing unless you opt-in.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms
Personal data supplied via our contact forms is sent via a secure connection to our email. We use third party anti-spam systems who track form usage and emails into the server. Any information is treated as sensitive and access limited for the purpose of dealing with your query only and customer service checks once this query is dealt with.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment/review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
